Renewal reminders
Napair will send renewal reminders before each domain name expires, by email and through the customer account area, on the following cadence:
- 60 days before expiry — first reminder
- 30 days before expiry — second reminder
- 7 days before expiry — final pre-expiry notice
- Within the grace period following expiry — post-expiry notice prompting renewal before deletion proceedings begin
Customers are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date so reminders reach them.
How customers can renew
Customers can renew eligible domain names by:
- Logging into their Napair account area, when available
- Paying the renewal invoice
- Contacting support@napair.net
- Contacting Napair support by phone
Renewal charges
Renewal charges will be based on Napair’s published renewal price for the relevant domain extension and renewal period at the time of renewal. The customer will be shown the applicable renewal price before payment.
Expired domains
If a domain name is not renewed before expiry, services connected to the domain may stop working. The domain may enter an expired state and may later be suspended, cancelled, deleted or released according to the relevant registry rules.
.UK domains
For .uk domain names, Napair will follow Nominet’s applicable renewal, expiry and deletion procedures.
Responsibility
Napair will take reasonable steps to notify customers of upcoming expiry, but customers remain responsible for ensuring that domains are renewed on time and that contact details and payment methods are valid.
